Palm Springs Villagefest canceled due to heavy rains
Palm Springs Villagefest has been canceled tonight due to heavy rains, the city confirmed.
This marks the third consecutive week the event has been canceled. Last week it was canceled due to weather, two weeks because of Thanksgiving.
