Crews save man in Palm Springs swift water rescue

Rescue crews have successfully rescued a man trapped by flood waters in Palm Springs.

The stranded person was trapped near the intersection at the intersection Farrell Drive and Mesquite Avenue.

Crews worked for about two hours to get the man to the rescue raft.

The man had reportedly attempted to drive his car into a wash, left his car, then made it to the patch of land in the middle of the flood water.
