Scott Hines Emerges As 3rd Place Winner In City Council Race
All the votes have been counted in the Rancho Mirage City Council race.
The election was Tuesday.
Scott Hines takes the third available seat by 11 votes.
Dana Hobart and Ron Meepos won the first 2 seats.

Fourth place candidate Ira Laufer says he will consult with his staff to see if he will ask for a recount.
He has until next Tuesday night to decide.
