3.9 Earthquake Hits Near Mexicali

A 3.9 magnitude earthquake shook the extreme part of Southern California on Wednesday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The earthquake hit at 8:17am, and was centered 35 miles south southeast of Mexicali.

There were no reports of damage or injuries.
