Voter Registration Deadline Hits At The End Of Monday

People who want to vote in the Nov. 2 election have until the end of Monday to submit their voter registration forms, county Registrar Barbara Dunmore advised today.

The Registrar’s office in Riverside will remain open until 11:59 p.m. Monday to accept the forms. Mail-in forms must have a Monday postmark if prospective voters want to participate in the upcoming election, Dunmore said.

Registration forms are available online at www.voteinfo.net, the Registrar’s office at 2724 Gateway Drive in Riverside, and also at libraries, post offices and city clerk offices throughout the county.

U.S. citizens who are at least 18 years old on election day, and who are not in prison or on parole, are eligible to register to vote, the Registrar said.
