Natasha Bedingfield Named Headliner For ‘The Dinah’

Grammy Award-nominated Natasha Bedingfield was announced today as the headliner for the main event of The Dinah, a lesbian bash that comes to Palm Springs next month.

Bedingfield will perform Saturday April 2 at the “Hollywood Party” at the Palm Springs Convention Center.

The Dinah, which brings thousands to Palm Springs, takes place at several area hotels and the convention center from March 30 to April 3.

Bedingfield will headline the show. She is known for the singles “Unwritten,” “Pocket Full of Sunshine” and “Love Like This.”

“We are beyond thrilled and honored to have Natasha Bedingfield perform at The Dinah,” said Mariah Hanson, founder of Club Skirts, which puts on the weekend. “Her show will be unlike any other. She’s an amazing, down-to-earth, exceptionally talented artist.”

A British pop music star Luciana will also perform at the “Hollywood Party” on April 2. Dreya Weber, a gymnast who choreographed Pink’s Grammy performance last year, will also perform an aerial show that evening, Hanson said.

Other acts scheduled over the weekend include Dev and the Cataracs, Auburn and Chely Wright.

Wright is a county music star who opened up about being lesbian last year in a national magazine story.
