La Quinta Police Search For Suspects In Woman’s Rape

A 19-year-old woman reported to law enforcement that she was sexually assaulted by several men in the La Quinta Cove, a sheriff’s sergeant said today.

The woman was attacked between 1:30 and 3:30 a.m. Sunday, sheriff’s Sgt. Mark Hoyt said. She reported the crime to deputies Sunday afternoon, he said.

The suspects, two or more men, were said to be driving a green or blue Dodge Charger, Hoyt said.
