WestJet Announces Added Flights To Calgary

WestJet announced the addition of a third roundtrip flight from Palm Springs International Airport to and from Calgary, Canada, on Friday.

The airline currently provides nonstop flights to Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary and Toronto throughout the season. The newer summer flights through the Calgary hub provide access across the entire WestJet network of cities.

The summer flights will now operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays using WestJet’s Boeing 737-700 aircraft.

“This expansion of summer service by WestJet provides even more options for visitors to the greater Palm Springs area, and offers Coachella Valley residents more opportunity to explore great Canadian destinations,” said Thomas Nolan, Executive Director of Palm Springs International Airport. “We hope residents take advantage of this new service.”
