Brothers Arrested For Bermuda Dunes Robbery

Riverside County sheriff’s deputies have a pair of brothers in custody, accused of robbing a woman at gunpoint in Bermuda Dunes.

The hold-up happened around 7p.m. Saturday at a Wells Fargo ATM on Washington St., south of Avenue 42.

Investigators said a masked man approached a woman, flashed a handgun, demanded cash and then took off in a silver Volkswagen Jetta.

A short time later, a Riverside County sheriff’s deputy spotted the car in Indio and found items that tied the suspects to the robbery.

Nathaniel Keplinger, 20, and Joshua Keplinger, 18, both from Rancho Mirage were arrested.
