Bono Mack Endorses Romney In Presidential Race

Rep. Mary Bono Mack, R-Palm Springs today endorsed GOP presidential hopeful Mitt Romney, his campaign announced.

The congresswoman’s endorsement was announced by the Romney campaign in a statement which also touted the endorsements of nine other elected officials from California, including Rep. Buck McKeon, R-Santa Clarita, and Sen. Bob Dutton, R-Rancho Cucamonga.

“I am proud to have the support of so many elected officials from California,” the former Massachusetts governor said.

Mack supported George W. Bush for president in 2000 and 2004. She endorsed Republican Rudy Giuliani in the 2008 primaries.
