3.2 Magnitude Earthquake Shakes Inland Empire

A 3.2 magnitude earthquake hit near Moreno Valley on Friday morning, waking up some people as far away as Hemet.

The U.S. Geological Survey reports the earthquake hit at 4:03 a.m. about 3 miles east northeast of Hemet and 21 miles southeast of Moreno Valley.

There were no reports of any injuries or damage.
