UPDATE: Mexican Drug Dealers Linked To Thermal Shooting Deaths

New information may help solve a shooting from last month in the East Valley.

Three bodies were found in a field in Thermal, back on June 26th.

According to City News Service, a Leuitenant with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department says the bodies were left there by Mexican drug dealers, tending a nearby pot patch.

He adds the killers likely took the illegal crop and crossed into mexico after the killings.

Investigators believe they know who the killers are.

The victims were identified as Adrian Avalos of Moreno Valley , Edgar Gonzalez of Gardena, and Gregorio Santoyo of Ontario.

A fourth man, hurt in the attack, has been talking to detectives.
