Allegiant Air Begins Flights Between Palm Springs, Stockton

Allegiant Airlines announced new non-stop flights will begin between Stockton and Palm Springs in October.

Airline spokespeople said the new flights will also present an “exceptional travel deal,” with one-way tickets selling for $39.99.

“We’re pleased to bring yet another affordable and convenient way for our customers to get away,” Andrew C. Levy, Allegiant president, said. “In 2006, we began serving San Joaquin Valley residents by offering nonstop flights to Las Vegas. We look forward to offering even more low-cost service to the community with our new flights to Palm Springs.”

The new flights will operate two times weekly between Stockton Metropolitan Airport (SCK) and Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) with service Monday and Friday.

On Mondays, flights will depart Stockton at 10:15 a.m. arriving in Palm Springs at 11:30 a.m. Flights leaving Palm Springs will depart at 12:15 p.m. arriving in Stockton at 1:35 p.m..

On Fridays, flights will depart Stockton at 4:10 p.m. arriving in Palm Springs at 5:25 p.m. Flights leaving Palm Springs will depart at 6:10 p.m. arriving in Stockton at 7:30 p.m..

The carrier will utilize a full-size, 150-seat MD-80 jet aircraft on the route.
