June Bulnes
June Bulnes is a reporter for KESQ, News Channel 3.
Her love for news began as a young girl since she grew up watching the morning show and developing a love for news. She graduated with honors from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University in Phoenix, Arizona.
June worked for KPDF-Azteca America Phoenix in 2009 where she hosted a local show called “Cafecito con Azteca.” She completed Internships at KTVK-TV , KTVW-TV and was part of the 2011 Meredith-Cronkite Fellowship program at KPHO-TV in Phoenix.
She was born in California but was able to live in the Mexico City area for over 10 years where she was able to learn about her heritage and the Mexican culture. She also lived in Arizona and says she loves the desert weather.
June enjoys telling stories and getting to know the community.
When she is not reporting she enjoys art, music, theatre and traveling.
