The Sizzler Fizzles
The Sizzler restaurant in Cathedral City has closed its doors once again.
The franchise restaurant reopened last may after a remodeling.
The building sat vacant for more than two years at the busy intersection of Date Palm Drive and Ramon Road after shutting down for the first time in 2009.
Saturday, people had to walk away disappointed.
“It’s surprising that it’s closing. I don’t know why. I’ve never seen a Sizzler or a big restaurant like that close,” Jesse Cortes said.
No word from Sizzler on why the store is closing now.
