Living Desert, PS Art Museum to offer free admission trade off

The Living Desert and the Palm Springs Art Museumwill offer free admission to each other’s venues through Labor Day, it wasannounced Thursday.

Members of each organization must show their membership cards to receivefree entry to the other destination. The offer applies to both of themuseum’s locations — Palm Desert and Palm Springs — according to theorganizations.

“For our 14,000 members, it’s a great way to stay cool and enjoy allthe wonderful exhibits at our zoo, and both the Palm Springs and Palm Desertlocations of the Palm Springs Art Museum,” Living Desert spokeswoman NylaPatzner said. “And for those who aren’t members, it’s a good time to join totake advantage of this special partnership.”

Arlene Amick, general manager of the Palm Springs Art Museum in PalmDesert, said she hopes Living Desert members “can now enjoy the many benefitsof the Palm Springs Art museum.”
