No injuries reported after attic fire in Desert Hot Springs home

The cause of an attic fire in Desert Hot Springs is being investigated this morning. Firefighters responded to a structure fire on the 66100 block of 3rd Street around 12:24 a.m Monday morning.

Arriving crews reported flames coming from the attic of the 1,800-square-foot house.

The fire was put out in under half an hour.

No damages or injuries were reported.
