Tustin man arrested for Rancho Mirage burglary

A Tustin man has been arrested after officers found stolen property at his home from a burglary that occurred in Rancho Mirage last month.

Officers said they served a search warrant at the home of 45-year-old Joseph Fleischaker on Tuesday morning. His house is located in the 15000 block of Bonsai Way, over 100 miles west of Rancho Mirage.

Deputies said the burglary happened on March 24, at a home in the 100 block of Porto Cielo. They also said the victim knew the suspect.

Fleischaker was booked into the Riverside County Jail in Indio on charges of residential burglary.

Deputies didn’t elaborate on what was stolen from the home.
