A sobbing Erin Andrews testifies against her stalker
A dramatic day in court. “Dancing with the Stars” co-host and sports reporter Erin Andrews broke down in tears as she testified against Marriott Hotels and the man convicted of stalking her.
Andrews is suing Barrett for filming her naked through the peephole of her hotel room door.
She is also suing the owners and managers of the Nashville Marriott for putting Barrett, at his request, in the room next to Andrew’s.
She is asking for $75 million dollars for pain and suffering. It has been eight years and despite her best efforts to remove the video, it’s still on-line.
The hotel maintains that Barrett is a criminal who tricked them into gaining access to Andrews.
