Check out Easter events in the Coachella Valley

The Living Desert is holdings its annual Eggstravaganza! The event will feature Easter egg hunts for both kids and adults, along with a variety of different activities and a visit from the Easter Bunny. The event will be held March 26-27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. If you’re looking to celebrate Easter with a view, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway’s Mountain Station will be holding a sunrise service, breakfast and dinner Sunday, March 27. The annualPalm Springs Firemen’s Association Easter Egg Hunt will kick off Saturday, March 26th with more than 3,000 strategically hidden eggs and a visit from the Easter Bunny on a fire engine. The Desert Recreation District (DRD) has several activities and camps planned for kids as spring blossoms in the Coachella Valley. 3 Eggstravaganzas are set to be held at Mecca Community Park in Mecca, Indio Community Center Park in Indio, and Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial Park in Coachella. The events are free, with kids divided into age groups. The City of Indio is inviting the public out for a community Easter egg hunt. The event will be held at Indio Community Center Park Saturday, March 26 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., andis open to kids of all ages and will feature all sorts of activities, including photos with the Easter Bunny free of charge.
