Second vigil held for fallen Palm Springs officers

Dozens of people participated in a second vigil to honor Palm Springs police officers Jose Gilbert Vega and Lesley Zerebny on Monday in downtown Palm Springs. Organizers set up this vigil for people who missed the larger vigil in front of the Palm Springs police station on Sunday.
Several people shared their thoughts and prayers with the crowd with a bull horn, pausing at times to wave at passing police cars and say thank you to officers.
