Christopher Kennedy talks about the Modernism Week Fall Preview

Local designer Christopher Kennedy transformed his Palm Springs Pad for a special Modernism Week Fall Preview.

Kennedy is the founder of The Christopher Kennedy Compound: Modernism Week Show House. He traded in life on the golf course for a townhome closer to downtown Palm Springs, and now, he is debuting his newly redesigned home for the Fall Preview.

The event takes place Oct. 21-23 and is the precursor to the week-long event in the spring. It features Kennedy’s pad, bus tours around town and other fun events.

Modernism Week celebrates the midcentury architecture and design in Palm Springs as a way to encourage education, preservation and sustainable modern living.
