Firefighters put out commercial structure fire at La Quinta country club
UPDATE: 4:13 a.m.
Firefighters extinguished the flames in approximately two hours time at 12:56 a.m.
Fire crews said the blaze caused $2 million in damages but were able to save $10 million in property.
44 firefighters were called in the battle the fire. No injuries were reported.
The fire remains under investigation.

At around 10:50 p.m. Sunday night, CAL Fire/Riverside County Firefighters responded to reports of a commercial structure fire at the Andalusia Golf Clubhouse, on the 59000 Block of Marbella in La Quinta.
When fire officials arrived on scene at they reported smoke coming from a 10,000 square foot commercial structure and requested a second alarm.
At around 11:47 p.m. the incident commander requested an additional four engine companies and chief officer.
According to CAL Fire, Firefighters are currently battling the blaze in the sub floor of the building.
