Woman fights airline for $1K refund after flight canceled
A Rancho Mirage woman says she’s been getting the run-around as she tries to get a refund from a recently canceled flight. She said she’s been calling the refund line at Delta Airlines for several days, but isn’t getting anywhere.
She says Delta owes her $1,194.60. She bought two tickets but has only received a refund for one.
CBS Local 2’s Katie Widner met with the woman Monday afternoon to get to the bottom of the issue, and to try and help her get her airline ticket refunded.
