FAA investigating plane crash at Banning Municipal Airport
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating a plane crash at the Banning Municipal Airport Monday afternoon.
According to Ian Gregor, Public Affairs Manager for the FAA Pacific Division, a Cessna 210 landed hard at the Banning Municipal Airport at around 1:40 PM.
The plane hit a fence and tipped on its nose. The pilot was not seriously injured, according to Gregor.
FAA inspectors are on the way to the scene if they’re not already there.
