PRIDE Month events in Palm Springs
It will be a busy weekend in Downtown Palm Springs with Pride Month events scheduled.
There will be a mix of celebration and somber remembrance for the victims of the Pulse Nightclub Shooting in Orlando.

There will be a vigil Saturday night to remember the victims of the shooting.
The names of the 49 people who died will be read aloud and a moment of silence will be observed at 11:02 p.m., when the first shots were fired.
This Monday will mark the one year anniversary of the shooting which is considered to be the deadliest terrorist attack in the U.S. since 9/11 and the deadliest incident against the LGBTQ community in the U.S. history.
