Hundreds of Southern California Edison customers in a Palm Desert neighborhood were without power Monday evening and early Tuesday. A neighborhood West of Portola, just East of Civic Park in Palm Desert had been without power since 1:30 a.m. At it’s peak 216 customers were impacted.
