August Coachella Valley Spotlight recipient: Loma Linda University Children’s Health – Indio Clinic
The Coachella Valley Spotlight Grant recipient this month is the Loma Linda University Children's Hospital Indio Clinic. The Jill and Barry Golden Pavilion opened three years ago and is a crucial part of the family and pediatric healthcare for the entire Valley. Many families who once traveled all the way to Loma Linda and back now can see primary care and specialists right here in the Coachella Valley.
In addition, a new Sports Medicine program will serve young student-athletes and their families, working through local school districts to ensure the safety and health of young people participating in sports throughout the Valley.
