Traffic remained blocked in both directions of Interstate 10 near Cabazon today as crews tried to remove a semi-truck that overturned in a collision with a car.
The truck and car collided about 10:30 p.m. Monday night, causing the truck to overturn and spill condiments along the roadway.
Three people were hospitalized with minor injuries.
The Riverside County Fire Department, which spent more than seven hours on scene cleaning up debris, was still working to remove the truck Tuesday, fire officials said.
The lanes were expected to reopen about noon, according to the California Highway Patrol in Beaumont.
