BofA Settles Overdraft Lawsuit, Cash Coming To Customers

If you’re a Bank of America customer, how would like some extra cash to put back into your account?

If you were hit with an overdraft fee, returned item fee or similar fee between December of 2000 through December of 2007, you may be eligible to receive up to $78 dollars.

It’s all part of a class action settlement in which Bank of America is accused of changing the posting order of transactions in order to increase the revenue it received from non-sufficient funds fess, overdraft fees and other similar charges.
