Air Conditioning Fire At Palm Springs Nightclub

A Palm Springs nightclub is cleaning up after an air conditioning fire Thursday.

It started at 4:17 p.m. Thursday afternoon. Firefighters had to break through the roof of the Confession nightclub to get to the smoke and ventilate it. The situation was under control by 4:47 p.m.

Les Michaels, the show producer at Confession, says worried that the smoke and water damage will disrupt his plans for upcoming shows.

No one was injured in the fire and damage is limited to water and smoke.
