Restaurant Workers Tied Up And Robbed At Gunpoint

RANCHO MIRAGE – Workers at the Rancho Mirage Marie Calendars were tied up and robbed of cash and other personal items Sunday night.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department says the culprits used a black semi-automatic handgun in the robbery, which happened just before midnight.

Workers describe the robbers as two light skinned Hispanic or white men. One was 5’10” tall and 165 pounds. The other was 5’6″ and 190 pounds. Both were in their mid-20s.
