Fire Out After Burning Three Mobile Homes
CATHEDRAL CITY -Firefighters have put out a fire in a mobile home park.
The fire was reported around 9:15 p.m. inside the Tramview Mobile Home Park, off East Palm Canyon, near Perez Road.
Firefighters knocked down the flames by 10:00 p.m.
The Cathedral City Fire Department says one home was completely destroyed, while two others were damaged.
Nobody was injured. The homes were thought to be vacant at the time.
The westbound sideof East Palm Canyon was blocked off at Perez Road by Cathedral City Police officers until 11:00 p.m.
News Channel 3 received several calls from viewers around the Coachella Valley who said they could see the flames.
The cause of the fire is now under investigation.
