Burglary Suspect Found Hiding Inside Pawn Shop

INDIO -A woman faces charges after allegedly breaking into a pawn shop early Saturday morning.

Just before 3:00a.m.,an officer spotted a hole in the side of at Rocky’s Pawn Shop, near the cornerof Fargo St. and Bliss Ave., according to Ben Guitron of the Indio Police Department.

A canine unit reported to the scene, searched the building, and found a woman hiding inside. Police took her into custody on burglary charges.

Her name has not been released.
