Unexploded ‘Military Projectile’ Found Near I-10
INDIO – CalTrans workers have found a possible unexploded “military projectile” while working along Interstate 10.
It was found near eastbound Interstate 10 west of the Jackson Street Exit in Indio, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The bomb squad is en route to the scene right now, but traffic is not being affected.
CHP officials say it’s nothing to be concerned about.
