Sheriff’s Deputy Car Involved In Palm Springs Crash

PALM SPRINGS -A sheriff’s deputy was involved in a crash today on a Palm Springs roadway but escaped serious injury, authorities said.

The crash was reported around 12:45 p.m. on El Cielo Road at Baristo Road, Palm Springs police said.

The deputy, who works in the court services division, reported minor injuries, according to Deputy Herlinda Valenzuela of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
