Palm Desert National Bank Sells Branches

Leaders with Palm Desert National Bank announced they have signed a agreement to sell two of its desert branches to Bank of Southern California.

The offices being sold include the Palm Springs office, located at 333 N. Palm Canyon Drive, Suite 102, and the La Quinta office is at 47-000 Washington Street in La Quinta.

“Clients in this region have relied on our bank for over 28 years, and we look forward to serving their needs with exceptional products and services for many years to come,” said a news release issued by the bank.

When the transaction is completed, estimated to be sometime in mid October of 2010, Palm Desert National Bank will continue to own and operate its flagship Palm Desert office, which is located at 73-745 El Paseo.

The bank had $237.5 million in assets as of June 30, 2010.
