Enrollment Up At College Of The Desert

Officials at College of the Desert say more than 11,000 students showed up Monday for the first day of classes. As school began, COD is reportedly up 1.7 percent in enrollments compared to the same time a year ago.

With faculty approval, students can still register late for some classes through September 8.
