Amber Alert Issued for Three Children
An Amber Alert was issued today as Los Angeles and Arkansas authorities searched for a woman accused of running off with her three children after she was declared an unfit mother.
Oshea Jackson, 39, had been ordered to turn the children over to the Arkansas Department of Human Services, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. She was last seen Thursday at the Union Rescue Mission, 545 S. San Pedro Blvd., in downtown Los Angeles.
She is believed to be traveling in a green 1996 Honda Accord with the Arkansas license plate 680-NJB.
Jackson was described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes. She has “Oshea Jackson” and “Ice Cube” tattooed on her forehead, police said.
She is believed to be with her 3-year-old daughter, Jirah King; her year- old son, JahrHeal Jackson; and 4-month-old son, Iyahwey Jackson.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts was asked to call 911.
