Golf Club Used In Brotherly Argument
A 48-year-old La Quinta man accused of hitting his brother in the head with a golf club during an argument was free today on $25,000 bail.
Kenneth Fogarty was arrested about 5 a.m. Sunday at the Mountain View Country Club in the 80500 block of Via Talavera, according to Lt. Jason Huskey of the La Quinta Police Department.
Fogarty was taken to JFK Memorial Hospital in Indio for treatment of unspecified injuries following the fight, which broke out about 12:30 a.m., Huskey said.
His brother was taken to another hospital, where he was treated for a non-life threatening head injury, according to the lieutenant.
