Two Suspects Surrender In Indio Murder Case

Two people are in custody, accused in the deadly shooting of an Indio man.

Twenty-nine-year old David Isaac Lopez and 27-year-old Amber Elizabeth Radar both surrendered to authorities Monday evening.

An attorney arranged their arrests, and the two were taken into custody without incident.

Police believe Lopez shot Matthew “Deuce” Roberts two-weeks ago in the driveway of his Burr Street home.

Lopez is now facing murder charges, and Radar has been charged with being an accessory to murder.
