‘American Idol’ To Name Judges In Live Event
Fans of American Idol will get the chance to meet the new panel of judges for Season 10 of the popular Fox show Wednesday morning, according to Fox media officials.
Ryan Seacrest, host of the show, will announce the new team at 10 a.m. PDT, and will be streamed live right here on KESQ.com.
Judges Ellen DeGeneres and Kara DioGuardi announced earlier this summer that they would not be returning to television’s most-watched series.
A third judge, Simon Cowell announced in January that the 2010 season would be his last on the series so he could become a judge and executive producer on “The X Factor,” which will premiere on Fox Broadcasting in 2011.
American Idol debuts in January on our sister station KDFX, Fox 11.
