Four Arrested On Meth, Pot And Firearm Charges In Indio
Riverside County Sheriff’s deputies assigned to the Problem Oriented Policing Team arrested four people on Thursday, including a teenager, after a search of a home near Indio.
The search started at 8:30 a.m. on the 84000 Block of Lingayan Avenue in an unincorporated area outside of the city, according Sgt David Florez.
Inside, investigators found a loaded shotgun, methamphetamine, marijuana, packaging and what they called other items consistent with the possession of narcotics for sale.
Priscilla Perez, 30, was arrested for possession of narcotics for sale. Angel Becerra, 30, was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Edward Patino, 20, was arrested for resisting arrest. All are residents of Indio.
A 17-year-old male was also arrested for resisting arrest and possession of marijuana, and was booked into Indio Juvenile Hall.
