Driver Takes Car Over Embankment, Walks Away
An accident in Palm Desert sent a driver went over the side of an embankment Wednesday morning.
It happened on Mediterranean near St. Charles Place.
Police say the driver turned the corner and was looking for a building and he didn’t see the drop off.
They say he may have been blinded by the sun at the time.
He only has some minor bumps and bruises and was able to walk away.
