City Leaders To Hear From Desert Hot Springs Community About Crime

Residents and business owners will get their chance to talk to police about crime in their neighborhoods at a Community Policing Initiative Meeting on Wednesday.

The meeting is the first the city has held, where people can voice their concerns and meet the officers assigned to their areas.

City Manager Rick Daniels and Mayor Yvonne Parks will also be there.

The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 2 at 6:30 p.m. at the Henry Lozano Community Center at Tedesco Park.

Officers will also be displaying the new Driving Under The Influence Enforcement trailer.
