Sizzler Holds Fundraiser For AIDS Assistance Program

A Sizzler restaurant will donate all of its proceeds during its grand opening today to the AIDS Assistance Program.

The restaurant is opening at 31875 Date Palm Drive in Cathedral City. Between 5 and 8 p.m. today, 100 percent of its sales will be donated to an organization that works to improve to the quality of lives of those surviving HIV/AIDS.

“We are delighted to have Sizzler make such a generous donation,” said Mark Anton, executive director of AIDS Assistance Program. “Now all we need is our friends and family in the community to join us for dinner.”
