Crash in Rancho Mirage Kills Driver
A La Quinta man is dead, following a crash in Rancho Mirage Sunday morning.
It happened just before 10:30, on highway 111 near Indian Trail. Police say 23 year old Bryan Sargent was driving east, when he hit the center median, jumped the roadway, and hit a car going the opposite direction head on.
Sargent later died at the hospital.
A man and woman in the other car suffered only minor injuries.
The crash is under investigation.
