Small Earthquake Shakes Desert Hot Springs

A 3.1 magnitude earthquake hit about 4 miles north-west of Desert Hot Springs, at 6:53 Sunday morning.

The U.S. Geological Survey also reported a pair of smaller 1.4 magnitude aftershocks followed.

Some News Channel 3 viewers called in saying they felt the shaking.

No damage or injuries to report.
