Frontier Airlines To Offer Flights To Denver

Frontier Airlines announced Monday it will begin offering flights between Palm Springs International Airport and Denver beginning in November.

The airline will operate on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays through mid-May, 2012.

“With the importance of travel and tourism to the greater Palm Springs market, the city of Palm Springs is tremendously excited to have Frontier serve PSP and offer exciting new options for travelers,” said Mayor Steve Pougnet. “We are very pleased to welcome Frontier’s brand to our market and they will be a fantastic addition to our portfolio of airlines.”

Frontier is marketing the new service to Palm Springs by offering new introductory airfares through Aug. 22 for travel Dec. 1 through 15 and Jan. 26 – Feb. 15, 2012.

Service will be provided on the new generation Embraer E190 jet aircraft which can hold up to 100 passengers.

Flights are now available in the Frontier Airline reservation system.
