Coachella Fest Tickets Sold Out For Both Weeekends

With not many tickets available for weekend-one and the online queue getting longer by the minute for weekend-two, promoters of Coachella Fest announced the event was officially sold out around lunch time Friday.

The festival, which is slated for April 13-15 and April 20-22 in Indio, has a lineup that includes headliners Radiohead, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre and the Black Keys.

On Thursday, general admission tickets for the first weekend, priced at $285 each, were sold out, as were $665 VIP tickets, tent camping spots, and $100 VIP parking passes, according to the festival’s website. Tent camping spots were also sold out for the second weekend.

Last fall, the Indio City Council approved a two-year agreement with organizer Goldenvoice for the 2012 and 2013 Stagecoach and Coachella music festivals, and the La Quinta City Council backed the agreement. Stagecoach, which is April 27-29, sold out last week.
